Need a group banner, custom graphics or help with PSP and other graphics programs?  Perhaps you are looking for a place to show off your work.

Chat Central does not create graphics or run swap boards for them here.  Members sometimes make offers on the general board, but that is the extent of it.  We simply don't have the staff to manage them.   To supply this need for our members we have worked out a reciprocal arrangement with the following PSP groups.  Please do not apply to them when they are not accepting members.  If they are, make certain you tell them Possum sent you on your application or you will be denied membership.
